Deborah Flood | Partner
Deborah works with leaders of mission-driven organizations to answer the big picture questions: Why do we do what we do? How can we best achieve our mission? Deborah draws on her greatest strengths— high-level strategy development and excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills. Before beginning consulting 12 years ago, Deborah held senior staff positions at US and international nonprofits and foundations, including several years at the Open Society Foundations. She has a BA from Oberlin College and a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
For each engagement, we bring a tailored team of consultants who complement our skills and talents in such areas as: fundraising, financial consulting, outcomes assessment and administrative support.
Penn Flood Consulting worked with my nonprofit to assess and enhance the day to day practices and staffing structure of our complex finance team. They brought new ideas to the table, thoughtfully guided us through self-assessments and produced a user-friendly final report that positioned us to better utilize our talent pool.
